The Hydraulic Wire Single Die Head Screen Changer is a high-efficiency core component for plastic granulation production lines, specifically designed for impurity filtration and wire drawing in granulators. Equipped with a hydraulic drive, it provides stable performance and adaptability across various granulation operations. It meets the filtration requirements of small and medium-sized factories for batch production as well as large production lines for continuous operation, delivering pure raw materials for wire drawing and effectively enhancing granulation quality.
Precision Engineering and Fast Heating
The main body is constructed from 45# steel, treated with 120 kW high-frequency quenching, and precision-machined and assembled to ensure excellent accuracy and long-term durability. The 200×200 specification screen plate features 6×506 holes with a hardness of 50–55 HRC, offering a large filtration area and high structural strength. Heating is rapid, requiring only 40 minutes for the 200/250 models and 50 minutes for the 300 model, significantly reducing preparation time.
