Before operation, first ensure the equipment is in good working order. Check the fan, heating unit, nozzles, and connecting pipes for tightness, ensuring they are not loose, damaged, or blocked. Ensure the air inlet and outlet are unobstructed; clean any dirt adhering to the filter to prevent overloading the fan or obstructing airflow. The power supply must meet the equipment's rated voltage and frequency requirements, and ensure reliable grounding. The electrical control panel should display normally without alarm prompts. For models with temperature control and timer functions, verify the set parameters beforehand to avoid overheating or exceeding operating time limits due to misoperation.

Start-up operation should follow a gradual, step-by-step approach. First, start the fan at low speed and observe whether it runs smoothly and without abnormal noise. After confirming that the air pressure and air volume have reached the baseline values, gradually adjust the air speed to the appropriate level according to process requirements. If heating is required, start the heating unit after the airflow has stabilized and closely monitor temperature changes to ensure that it rises to the set range and is evenly distributed. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the heating directly when the fan is not running or the airflow has not been established, as this may cause overheating damage to the heating element or create safety hazards.

During operation, the air speed and temperature should be set reasonably according to the material, shape, and heat resistance of the object being processed. For workpieces with sensitive or easily deformable surfaces, a lower temperature and moderate air speed are recommended to prevent damage from thermal or mechanical impact. For thick materials or materials with a large amount of attached moisture, the air speed and temperature can be appropriately increased to shorten the drying time. Maintain a reasonable distance between the nozzle and the target surface during operation to avoid localized overheating or airflow reflection that could injure personnel. During continuous operation, the equipment operating status should be checked regularly, paying attention to changes in motor temperature rise, vibration, and noise. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for investigation.

Shutting down the machine must be done according to the prescribed procedure. First, turn off the heating unit. After the airflow carries away residual heat and cools the heating element to a safe range, gradually reduce the fan speed until it stops. After disconnecting the power, perform necessary cleaning and inspection, removing any residual moisture and dirt inside and outside the machine, especially clearing the nozzles and filters to ensure unobstructed airflow for the next use. Before long-term storage, take measures to prevent moisture and rust, and store in a dry, well-ventilated place.

Safety precautions must be observed throughout the entire operation. High-speed airflow and high temperatures may cause burns or mechanical injuries. Operators should wear appropriate protective equipment and must not put their hands or tools into the nozzles or air ducts. Do not cover the air inlet and outlet while the equipment is running, and do not place flammable or heat-sensitive items nearby. When multiple people are working together, clear division of labor and communication are essential to ensure clear and unified start-up and shutdown instructions.
